Merchant Floor uses a simple credit system to give you flexible access to our AI-powered tools. Here's everything you need to know about how credits work.
Free Plan
Every new user gets:
25 free credits to use across any of our apps.
10 free content credits
These credits are perfect for trying out our tools and testing the quality of AI-generated content.
Purchasing Additional Credits
When you're ready for more credits, you can purchase them in packs. The more credits you buy, the lower the price.
Credits are priced affordably. Note that credits expire after 1 year of purchase.
Credit Usage
Previews are free: You can preview all images before using credits
Credits are only used on download: For images, credits are deducted when you download the final result
Content generation: Credits are used when content is successfully generated. Sometimes, it takes a few rounds of editing your prompt to get the results you expect.
Failed generations: If generation fails and no output is returned, no credits are deducted

Credit Expiration
Purchased credits expire after 1 year from the date of purchase. Free credits do not expire.
Refunds
Credits are generally non-refundable once used. However, please contact us and we'll try to help.
